Michael Fullerton

Previously, Michael served in the executive branch of the Federal Government working with Congress, state and local governments and international entities and governments. He was the Executive Director of the Office for State and Local Law Enforcement at the Department of Homeland Security. Their office leads the coordination of department-wide policies relating to State, local and tribal law enforcement. Michael also served as the Deputy Executive Director of the 27 Homeland Security Advisory Committees and the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC) at the Department where he worked with leaders in homeland security policies and procedures from the private sector, state & local government, emergency responder and academic communities. Michael also has experience in the private sector as a Government Affairs Specialist at Gordon C. James Public Relations, representing clients at both the state and federal level.
